Meeting Place:

  • Please meet your local guide near "The Big Sweep" just south of W. 13th Ave. by the Art Museum's Frederic C. Hamilton building entrance. The Big Sweep is one of Denver's most famous public art pieces and is a very large broom and blue dustpan - you can't miss it!

  • Be sure to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your Denver public art tour departure time to meet your guide and sign the Waiver. Dontown Denver art tours do start and depart on time.

  • Denver public art tours still operate rain, snow, or shine and when events are happening at the Capitol or in Civic Center Park, and there are events almost every weekend in our warmer months. ​

    • In cases of extreme weather, our team will contact you with rescheduling or cancellation information.​

  • Your local guide will be wearing a neon yellow Denver Walking Tours shirt. They may also be carrying a small green Denver Free Walking Tours sign, especially in less than ideal weather.
